Consumer right of withdrawal
As a consumer purchasing at a distance, you may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods yourself or through a person you nominate other than the carrier. Send a clear withdrawal statement to info@hizlikartus.de before the period expires. Including your order number helps us process it. Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The buyer bears the direct return shipping costs for ordinary withdrawal returns. Your statutory rights for faulty, incorrect or non-conforming goods remain unaffected; necessary return costs in those cases will not be charged to you. Please contact us before returning such goods.
Refunds
We reimburse the purchase price and any standard initial delivery charge within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option are excluded. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, refunds use the original payment method, without additional fees.
Inspecting the goods
You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Opening packaging does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal for all products. Statutory rights concerning defective goods are independent of the withdrawal period.
